Pressure Vessel Australia

Technical confidence for assets that cannot be left to assumption.

We bring inspection, NDT, engineering, registration, repair and asset management into one accountable delivery pathway.

Talk through the requirement

Integrated capability

One accountable pathway—from first inspection to return to service.

Built for asset owners who need more than a pass/fail report. We connect inspection evidence, engineering judgement, rectification and compliance records into one controlled program.

Condition before assumption

Inspection evidence that leads to a clear decision.

We connect what is found in the field with the engineering, repair and compliance actions required to keep the asset safe, available and documented.

09

Engineering & Design Verification

Calculations, independent verification, re-rating, de-rating and alteration engineering.

10

Fitness-for-Service Assessments

Evidence-led assessment of damage mechanisms, operating limits and remaining life.

11

Pressure Vessel Repairs

Engineered weld repairs, nozzle and flange replacement, modifications and post-repair verification.

12

Compliance Asset Management

Vessel registers, schedules, tagging, records, shutdown planning and multi-site governance.

Technical basis

Evidence that stands up to operational, regulatory and procurement review.

The inspection strategy is matched to the equipment, service conditions, damage mechanisms, jurisdiction and available design history—not forced into a generic checklist.

*Subject to equipment type, exclusions and the requirements of the applicable jurisdiction. Regulatory guidance can change; the project scope confirms the current pathway.

Project questions

Clear answers before work begins.

01Does every pressure vessel need plant item registration?+

No. Requirements depend on the equipment type, exclusions, jurisdiction and hazard level. In NSW, certain pressure vessels at hazard levels A, B or C require plant item registration, subject to listed exceptions. We can review the asset data and identify the applicable pathway.

02What information is needed to start?+

A nameplate photo, equipment type, location, previous reports, design or registration number if available, and your operational deadline are usually enough for an initial scope review.

03Can you recover compliance for older equipment?+

Yes. A recovery program may combine record searches, hazard-level review, inspection, NDT, engineering assessment and registration support. The pathway depends on the evidence available and the vessel condition.

04Do you coordinate repairs as well as inspections?+

Yes. We can define the repair basis, coordinate suitable repair and welding resources, nominate hold points, arrange post-repair NDT and compile return-to-service documentation.

05Can one program cover multiple sites?+

Yes. Multi-site programs can standardise asset registers, prioritisation, inspection scheduling, reporting and renewal tracking while accounting for each jurisdiction and operating environment.
